Researchers Studied Work Habits in a Heavily AI-Pilled Workplace. They Sound Hellish

An eight-month study of a 200-person company found that access to AI tools didn't lighten workloads. Workers started absorbing colleagues' roles, submitting prompts during meetings and breaks and effectively eliminating the need for new hires, according to Aruna Ranganathan, an associate professor at the Haas School of Business.
