Headquartered in UC Berkeley's College of Engineering the Coleman Fung Institute for Engineering Leadership offers a complete range of programs for engineers and scientists seeking professional and executive careers. The Fung Institute combines world-class engineering and leadership training with unparalleled industry integration and collaboration. This integrated knowledge cultivates leaders who can make insightful decisions with the confidence that comes from a synthesized understanding of technological, marketplace, and operational implications.

The Berkeley Engineering Professional Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) graduate program prepares early-career engineers for professional paths that lead to managerial and executive positions in technology companies and organizations as well as entrepreneurial ventures. The Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology (CET) provides a curriculum, labs and ecosystem that is designed to give students the entrepreneurial skills and resources they need to be more effective engineers and to make their mark on the industry. The Fung Institute, in close collaboration with industry partners, will support the development of additional College of Engineering educational offerings emphasizing engineering leadership, including undergraduate courses, certificate programs, and a range of professional education options including executive education.
