This symposium is free and open to faculty, researchers, industry professionals, foundations, and others invested in a sustainable energy future. Registration is required. Student registration for the symposium is handled separately via a ticket lottery. See below for details.
Student tickets are free and will be distributed by lottery. Only one ticket will be issued per student.

between 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 1 and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15.
Registrant names will be sorted and authenticated via CalNet. Selections will be made at random from all valid entries. Those selected will be notified by e-mail on Wednesday, Sept. 22.
Tickets must be picked up at University Relations, 2080 Addison St. 4th floor, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sept. 27 or 28. You must present your Cal student ID and confirmation e-mail when you pick up your ticket. Please note that your ticket will be forfeited if you do not pick it up by 5 p.m. on Sept. 28.
Name changes are not permitted. Tickets are non-transferable, and seating assignments are random. Tickets should be treated like cash; they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise rendered unreadable. Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

All patrons will be subject to search and magnetic screening prior to entry. No bags, backpacks, signs, banners, cameras, recording devices, food, or beverages will be permitted inside Berkeley Repertory Theatre. The organizers reserve the right to prohibit any item not explicitly mentioned in this list.
