QB3 High Throughput Screening Facility (HTSF)Berkeley RIC
The High-Throughput Screening Facility (HTSF), located in the Li Ka Shing Center, provides access to cell culturing space, automated liquid handling, automated plate reader and high-throughput, high-content microscopy instrumentation for screening experiments, along with tools for analysis and data visualization. In addition to facilitating whole genome and sub-library siRNA/CRISPR screening for pathway discovery, it welcomes many other high-throughput fluidics projects such as daughter plating, multiwell plate mRNA or lentiviral dispensing, 96-well Seahorse prep, mammalian cell/organoid model validation studies, compound screening, multiwell organoid maintenance, staining, and imaging, etc. Contact Pingping He, pingpinghe@berkeley.edu for consultation!
